a Meeting \u2013 grow for yourself<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Wie \u00fcberlebe ich, wenn ich in der Langzeittherapie bin?&#8221; Das waren meine Gedanken, als ich mich entschlo\u00df, nach der Entgiftung eine station\u00e4re Therapieeinrichtung f\u00fcr 6 Monate dranzuh\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n<p>Mein 1. Meeting besuchte ich in meiner Stadt w\u00e4hrend ich in der Entgiftung war.<br \/>\nDie Langzeittherapie w\u00e4hlte ich in einem anderen Bundesland. Dort waren es viele Kilometer bis zur n\u00e4chsten Stadt, in der NA Meetings stattfanden.<br \/>\nW\u00e4hrend meines Aufenthaltes in der Klinik merkte ich schnell, dass die Selbsthilfegruppen, die zum Kliniksetting geh\u00f6rten, mir nicht ann\u00e4hernd ein Gef\u00fchl von Gemeinschaft gaben. Ausgang oder Heimfahrten waren mir auch erst in 4 Wochen m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Nach 2 Wochen kam ein Neuzugang aus meiner Stadt in die Klinik \u2013 es war sogar tats\u00e4chlich ein NA-Mitglied!! Ich war so froh, dass ich nun ins NA-Feeling kam.<br \/>\nEs dauerte nicht lange und wir setzten uns zusammen und telefonierten und schrieben mit NA-Gruppen aus verschiedenen St\u00e4dten.<br \/>\nWir f\u00fchlten uns trotz der Entfernung so unglaublich verbunden und getragen \u2013 das war wundervoll!<br \/>\nWir holten uns Ratschl\u00e4ge und Antworten auf unsere Fragen ein. Es gab von allen Hilfe und Bereitschaft! Wir sp\u00fcrten, dass wir einfach nur in Kontakt gehen brauchten!<br \/>\nKurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter waren wir auch schon auf der Suche nach einem Raum, wo wir das Meeting stattfinden lassen wollten. Wir gingen in die Kirche und sprachen mit dem Pfarrer, wir klopften beim B\u00fcrgermeister an die Rathaust\u00fcr \u2013 bis wir schlie\u00dflich einen Raum fanden und anmieteten.<\/p>\n<p>Ab diesem Zeitpunkt ging alles von selbst: wir bestellten NA-Literatur, Cleanzeit-Chips und starteten das 1. Meeting in der Gegend.<br \/>\nIch werde nie vergessen, dass ich mir niemals zugetraut hatte, irgendwas auf die Beine zu stellen.<br \/>\nUnd dann .. gibt es da NA und das Programm und die Gemeinschaft, was mich mutig und offen werden l\u00e4sst!
