Sie bilden den Kern der der Genesung in Narcotics Anonymous. Es sind einfache Richtlinien, die wir im Alltag anwenden k\u00f6nnen und die uns helfen, clean zu werden und zu bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Die 12 Schritte beinhalten spirituelle Grunds\u00e4tze, mit deren Hilfe wir unser Leben aufr\u00e4umen und neu ausrichten k\u00f6nnen. Im Wortlaut kommt der Begriff \u201eGott\u201c vor; dies bezieht sich nicht auf eine Religion oder Glaubensrichtung sondern es kann hier jede*r selbst einsetzen, was f\u00fcr ihn oder sie Wir machten bei diesen Menschen alles wieder gut, wo immer es m\u00f6glich war, es sei denn, wir h\u00e4tten dadurch sie oder andere verletzt.<\/p>\n<p>10. Wir setzten die pers\u00f6nliche Inventur fort, und wenn wir Fehler machten, gaben wir sie sofort zu.<\/p>\n<p>11. Wir suchten durch Gebet und Meditation die bewu\u00dfte Verbindung zu Gott, wie wir Ihn verstanden, zu vertiefen. Wir baten Ihn nur, uns seinen Willen erkennbar werden zu lassen und uns die Kraft zu geben, ihn auszuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>12.
